Who you are buying from

Prices and currency

All prices are in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax calculated at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Where a product is sold as a multi-pack, the quantity is stated on the product page and on the checkout line item.

Compare-at prices

Where we show a struck-through price, it is a reference price for the equivalent quantity bought as single units, not a price we previously charged for that bundle. We state this rather than implying a historic discount that never existed.

When your order becomes a contract

Your order is an offer. The contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock or a price was displayed in error, we will tell you and refund you in full. We will not silently substitute a different item.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. Your card is charged when the order is placed.

Product information and claim boundaries

The products sold here are consumer comfort and wellness goods. They are not medical devices. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing on it is medical advice.

If you have persistent pain, an injury, or a diagnosed condition, consult a qualified clinician before using any of these products.

Product images are representative. Colours can vary between batches and between screens.

Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us failing to meet these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
